Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Workshop

Price: $75.00 - includes instruction in mindfulness practices, workbook, and 2 CDs.

Gentle Yoga: Tuesdays from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Ongoing
Enjoy, relax, reduce stress, increase your flexibility and strength, and participate in your own health and well-being.
Includes warm-ups, gentle stretching with awareness (mindfulness), deep relaxation, and breath work.

Mindful Eating-Change Your Relationship to Food and Eating
Develop a healthier relationship with food and eating through mindfulness practices. Enjoy the pleasures of eating, while realizing and maintaining a healthy weight. Explore your hunger and eating triggers; identify patterns and habits around food and eating; explore emotional hunger; and reduce “mindless” and stress-related eating. Learn to relate to hunger with compassion; to “listen” to your inner wisdom. Realize greater peace and balance with food, eating, and yourself. Savor your life!
Note: This workshop is not a sufficient treatment for eating disorders, though it may complement treatment.
