About the Mindful Living Center

The Mindful Living Center was developed to allow more people access to mindfulness-based programs and workshops. Our programs are rooted in Eastern Psychology and Philosophy which has taken a mind body approach to health and healing for centuries. Western psychology and transformational learning theories complement these programs and instruction.
